We start by meeting in person and looking at the house. Discuss with you our approach, at this stage we don't want to know what you are hoping to get for your money - all to avoid happy calculations or the opposite. After we have finished thinking about a Market Price that we consider realistic, this will be your decision basis, do you want to sell? Is the personal chemistry right? Do you want to use us?

Then we have a good starting point. Together we make an action and schedule of what should be included in the sale and go through that all papers are in order regarding taxes, urbanization fees etc. we do not use any standard templates but adapt what and how we work with your object completely according to your wishes and plans.

We rarely use "For Sale" signs. It looks most sad when the sign is hanging crooked or has fallen down after a couple of weeks. Curious people and neighbors have started to speculate, there are other and usually better ways to tell that the home is to be sold.
