The area is known for its fine hiking trails, tennis, and proximity to golf courses.
To the main town of Pilar de la Horadada it takes about 10 minutes by car, Pilar is the main town for Campoverde, Mil Palmeras and Torre de la Horadada an old fishing village etbl. 1591 and today has 10 blue flagged playas, so everything is nearby while enjoying the peace and quiet of the spacious plot and the house, of course it has a private pool and high walls that protect against insight. The villa has both a modern oil boiler as an element in all rooms the 2-3 months that it is a little chilly at night, the rest of the time there are AC inductors installed that provide both cooling, dehumidification and ventilation. Entrance level: Large hallway with staircase up to the first floor, on the right side you have a large living room/family room, on the left side you enter the dining room with a small office "hidden" without disturbing the balance of the room, from the dining room a wide corridor with cabinets takes you to the large kitchen with a kitchen island and all the necessary appliances of the highest quality. Just to mention that on our walk to the corner bedroom there is a smaller door that takes us out to the large hall. In the hallway you have a toilet in the left corner and on your right side a storage space.

First floor: the first door on the right side takes you to the master bedroom, with exit to the massive balcony with open stunning views, plenty of space to sunbathe or just relax before going to bed, back in the bedroom has entrance to a large walk-in closet, and after that a large fully tiled bathroom where on the right side you have a walk-in shower, in the middle you have toilet, sink etc. and on the left side a full size Jacuzzi.

Ground floor/basement: As we come down the stairs from the previously mentioned hallway the first room we see is a fully tiled bathroom, the next room on the right after the bathroom is a full sized bedroom, and we move on to the right where is another
large bedroom on the left which is big enough to have a sofa plus a double bed (all bedrooms have double beds) just outside this bedroom in the hallway that we have walked through we come to the door of a garage with space enough for two cars plus workbench and most things you need to fix, carpentry etc.

Area:

Pinar de Campoverde (160 meters above sea level) is one of the communities located below the central town of Pilar de la Horadada with about 23,000 inhabitants, the others are Mil Palmeras and Torre de la Horadada.
Pinar de Campoverde has an established infrastructure and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, medical center, police office etc. Nice natural parks with e.g. the famous Rio Secco riverbed which takes about 1-2 hours to hike and you come out in Mil Palmeras and can take a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean. The nearest golf course is Lo Romero which is a couple of km from Pinar, a popular course so feel free to book time... then there are about thirty other courses within 45 minutes drive. To Torre de la Horadada with its 10 blue flag beaches it is about 10-12 km. If you do not want to drive yourself, there is of course a bus that runs regularly.
