Floor plan: Smaller hall / entrance that welcomes you into a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, to the left of the entrance is the fully tiled bathroom in a rich orange color, shortly after this you enter bedroom no.1 which has a brand new bed where you easily pull out the lower part and you have a double bed, there is also a smaller space in the room if you want to put in a small desk and use it as a combined guest / work room. When we
exit the room we come to the spacious living room where two smaller tables serve as dividers / kitchen island. To the right we have the kitchen itself with a separate fresh water tap (perfect to fill up a jug and keep in the fridge, and you save both the environment and the wallet when you do not have to buy plastic bottles of water) plus the usual one for dishes etc. Led lighting under the upper cabinets.
If we turn around, we have a smaller table with design chairs in a lovely pattern and color, shelf on the same side for TV etc. on the opposite side we have a comfortable sofa etc. We go back to the kitchen and then have on the left side a larger fully tiled bathroom with bathtub, a stack of washing machine and dryer, next to the bathroom we have a larger bedroom, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes etc. then we go out into the living room again and go straight down to the balcony Then we open the fully glazed doors out to the balcony which has a smaller table and green plants that do not require irrigation, all plants incl. those on the large roof terrace are of the same type, a lot of joy and color with minimal maintenance.
Now we take and go upstairs and are welcomed by a huge roof terrace with
outdoor kitchen with water tap, marble kitchen counters and a large pergola to fold out when it is sunniest, it is of course electrically controlled and with remote control, there is
a large dining table, large lovely corner sofa and several decorative plants that do not need irrigation, so just enjoy and look out over the mile-wide view. The terrace is about 60 m2, the balcony about 10 m2 and the apartment about 60m2 so in total we have a construction area of about 130 square meters.
Area:
Costa Calida, which stretches from San Pedro del Pinatar (Lo Pagan is the name of the beach area in San Pedro del Pinatar) to Aguilas in the south, is located on Europe's largest salt lagoon with an area of about 170 m2.
San Pedro has about 25,000 inhabitants and has an established infrastructure with everything you expect from a city / community, in San Pedro there is a national park where you can see flamingo birds, salt extraction from the sea, etc.
Mar Menor is an active maritime area with sailing, diving, windsurfing, water scooter etc. as part of its offer. The average temperature of the water is about 2.3 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean Sea outside.
If you follow the Mar Menor, you will find cities / communities along the coast such as Lo Pagan, Santiago del Ribera, San Javier, Los Alcázares, Los Urruitas, La Manga etc.
In total, there are about 120,000 inhabitants in and around Costa Calida, in summer it is several times more.
Golfers have a wide range of courses to choose from, all within about half an hour by car.
There are major cities in the area that can be reached within half an hour to just over an hour, for example. Cartagena, Murcia, Alicante etc. so there is a lot to discover.
The Costa Calida has around 320 days of sunshine per year and an average temperature of around 18 degrees.
