Description of the project
Hej, just nu har vi tekniska problem att visa er mer bilder automatiskt, men klicka bara på kamera symbolen så laddas de upp i en remsa/slider under den stora bilden
A unique fine 1-storey villa that has been completely renovated to a fantastic condition that reflects timeless quality.
The natural center of the villa is the unique backyard with the nice pool that is secluded against a park, feels like an atrium courtyard. Here there are architect-designed roofs that provide both shade and a nice breeze of wind in the summer.
Then they have also had a box made in mottled gray that holds the electrically controlled pool cover in place, the pool also has a heating system so that the pool can be used all year round.
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both bathrooms are
tiled and underfloor heating, brand new architect-designed kitchen,
with separate kitchen island and new brushed aluminum appliances and a
separate wine fridge, all three are full height so there is plenty of space.
All rooms and ceilings are repainted in nice colors and the ceiling also has a slight tone of the wall color but looks like white, just shows how they have thought about the whole.
The villa is sold unfurnished but if there is interest, some of the new furniture may be included, we can discuss this if there is interest.
Upstairs from the courtyard is a large solarium
of 103m² which has the potential to become an extra living room
in the winter half of the year, you can set up a stable pergola have an outdoor kitchen, a couple of different seating areas and some comfortable sun loungers to enjoy in the winter.
Under the tab property documents are the original drawings showing the house before changes / replacement of kitchen etc.
Area:
Costa Calida, which stretches from San Pedro del Pinatar (Lo Pagan is the name of the beach area in San Pedro del Pinatar) to Aguilas in the south, is located on Europe's largest salt lagoon with an area of about 170 m2.
San Pedro has about 25,000 inhabitants and has an established infrastructure with everything you expect from a city / community, in San Pedro there is a national park where you can see flamingo birds, salt extraction from the sea, etc.
Mar Menor is an active maritime area with sailing, diving, windsurfing, water scooter etc. as part of its offer. The average temperature of the water is about 2.3 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean Sea outside.
If you follow the Mar Menor, you will find cities / communities along the coast such as Lo Pagan, Santiago del Ribera, San Javier, Los Alcázares, Los Urruitas, La Manga etc.
In total, there are about 120,000 inhabitants in and around Costa Calida, in summer it is several times more.
Golfers have a wide range of courses to choose from, all within about half an hour by car.
There are major cities in the area that can be reached within half an hour to just over an hour, for example. Cartagena, Murcia, Alicante etc. so there is a lot to discover.
The Costa Calida has around 320 days of sunshine per year and an average temperature of around 18 degrees.
